America's Housing Crisis

1 out of 10 American families are behind on their house payments. What does this mean. Well if you are one of the people in that catagory, it means you need to get out of the loan you are in, and have your lender fix it. Sounds easy doesn't it?

Well, most everyone I know say's they already tried that, and their Lender just isn't listening. This should not surprise you. Most lenders are dealing with so many borrowers calling, they don't have the staff to deal with it. Besides, when you call your Lender, you are probabaly going to get someone in the collection department. Guess what that means. That means their job is to collect money. That's it.
